Frequently asked questions

How do I know which treatment is right for me?

Start by comparing the options above, then get started online. During your consultation, a licensed clinician reviews your health history, goals, and insurance to recommend the path that fits you best—and you can always switch as your needs change.

Can I combine more than one offering?

Often, yes. Many patients pair medication management with integration sessions, or move from Spravato® into ongoing care. Your care team will help you build a plan that can evolve over time.

What treatments are covered by insurance?

Spravato® is covered by most major insurance plans. The medical portions of KAP and medication management are frequently covered as well, and many patients use HSA or FSA funds. We'll confirm your specific coverage before you begin.

Do I need a referral to get started?

No referral is needed. You can get started on your own, and if a therapist or provider already referred you, simply sign in to pick up where they left off.
