Shannon has been in practice for 6 years and blends evidence-based psychiatry with a holistic, consciousness-informed approach. She works with Spravato and ketamine to help clients access deeper healing beyond traditional treatments, finding relief from depression, anxiety, and trauma while fostering lasting growth. On a lazy Saturday morning, Shannon enjoys slow walks in nature, journaling, and taking time to reflect and recharge.

Spravato is covered by most major insurance plans. Because every plan is different, our team handles the Prior Authorization and Benefits Investigation for you. This ensures you have a clear understanding of your coverage and costs before your first session.
Most commercially insured patients are eligible for the SPRAVATOwithME program — may reduce co-pays to as little as $10.
