Your care team includes your medical prescriber who oversees your Spravato sessions and the site therapist for integration support.
Stephen Miller, PA-C
Spravato® is specifically Stephen, aka Steve, Miller (he/him), is a Psychiatric Physician Assistant based in New York with six years of experience. Known for his attentive and empathetic approach, Steve has identified treatment-resistant areas in mental health where Spravato and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) offer promising relief. Outside of his practice, he enjoys grabbing a coffee, walking his dog, and watching Premier League matches. Go Arsenal!designed as a standalone treatment or alongside an oral antidepressant for adults who haven't found relief with traditional antidepressants.
Erica Sandoval, LCSW-SIFI
Erica holds a Post Masters in Clinical Adolescent Psychology and a Masters in Social Work from New York University, Silver School of Social Work. As a proud immigrant from Ecuador, her passion is fueled by supporting her community. Her greatest pride is being a single mother and raising her daughter, Isabella, whom she considers her biggest teacher.

Spravato is covered by most major insurance plans. Because every plan is different, our team handles the Prior Authorization and Benefits Investigation for you. This ensures you have a clear understanding of your coverage and costs before your first session.
Most commercially insured patients are eligible for the SPRAVATOwithME program, which may reduce medication co-pays to as little as $0.
