Shaina King, PMHNP-BC
I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and several years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, providing care for a broad range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and co-occurring substance use disorders. My practice emphasizes comprehensive medication management combined with therapeutic support, with a focus on treating complex mood disorders and patients who have not fully responded to traditional approaches. I have a strong interest in interventional psychiatry, including Spravato and ketamine-based treatments, particularly for individuals with treatment-resistant depression. I approach patient care in a collaborative, compassionate, and individualized manner, prioritizing safety, education, and helping patients feel supported and empowered throughout their treatment.
Kailee Rubright, LCSW
Kailee brings a warm, collaborative, and deeply trauma-informed approach to therapy, with a special focus on veterans, first responders, military members, and frontline healthcare workers. She integrates EMDR, CPT, Internal Family Systems, and person-centered/humanistic care, and her work is especially well suited for ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and integration because it helps clients make meaning of what comes up, stay grounded, and translate insights into lasting change.

Spravato is covered by most major insurance plans. Because every plan is different, our team handles the Prior Authorization and Benefits Investigation for you. This ensures you have a clear understanding of your coverage and costs before your first session.
Most commercially insured patients are eligible for the SPRAVATOwithME program— may reduce co-pays to as little as $10.
