Welcome. I'm glad you are here. I've lived the kind of pain most people are afraid to name — trauma, addiction, moral failure, spiritual confusion, relational collapse — and I know what it takes to come back. I didn't learn healing from a textbook. I learned it in the fire. With 30 years of experience as a combat veteran, firefighter/EMT, man in recovery, and therapist who hasn't burned out, I walk alongside people carrying stories they don't talk about: veterans and first responders, couples in crisis, those in recovery, and people wrestling with spiritual abuse, religious trauma, or questions of faith and meaning. I specialize in trauma and addiction, couples therapy, and spiritual abuse recovery — especially where faith and mental health collide. I'm unmistakably a man of faith, but people of all faiths, doubts, and stories are welcome here. Drawing from Spravato, EMDR, ACT, EFT, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, I bring structure where there's chaos and compassion where there's shame. People don't come to me for surface fixes — they come for real transformation.

Spravato is covered by most major insurance plans. Because every plan is different, our team handles the Prior Authorization and Benefits Investigation for you. This ensures you have a clear understanding of your coverage and costs before your first session.
Most commercially insured patients are eligible for the SPRAVATOwithME program— may reduce co-pays to as little as $10.
